At the centre of the Limfjord island of Mors, SIC erected 6 3.2MW wind turbines at the site of a gravel pit.
The builder was Morsoe Vind, a company owned by Wind 1 A/S and Morsø Municipality, which, as such, was an active partner. During the erection, consideration had to be paid to the daily operations of the gravel pit, and the gravel pit’s water basins had to be moved in connection with the work. The project also involved securing a protected dike.
